Writing
As a writer of short(ish) stories, audio plays, screenplays and a novel-in-progress, I am constantly exploring the conflict and confluence between humanity and technology. Click on a cover to find out more.
“I read [Analog Boy] over an enjoyable two nights. It's very relatable and captures the current zeitgeist well. The quality of the writing is excellent👌”

Welcome.
My name is Neal. By day I'm a Content & Communications Consultant with my own firm Moore's Lore Media but, by later that day, I'm a blogger for Pro-Human, a screenwriter with Pretty Neat Productions, and an independent author, actor and voice over.
So, how can I be of service?
Voice Over
Although I can do a range of Anglophone accents and characters (as you'll hear on my showreel), I am typically employed for well-spoken, approachable and intelligent sounding reads as well as podcast hosting and moderating.
“Neal is one of the rare talents who can immediately understand what a client wants and then deliver a read that’s almost perfect on the first take. He has an innate understanding of the collaborative process and always puts a smile on a client’s face by the end of a session.” Kenn Delbridge, Founder, Splice Studios
"In the production of our podcast campaign, we were introduced to interviewees who were accomplished professionals in their field but prone to mic-fright in the studio. Neal was key in preparing them, calming them and guiding them into inspiring conversations." CHEW Ping Nan, Creative Director, Mediacorp
Acting
I originally trained as an actor but did not tread the boards for more than twenty yeas until 2023. Since then I have been consistently working in short films, corporate films, audio dramas, television dramas and even the occasional commercial.
"Neal was a breath of fresh air. Not only did he know all his lines and deliver them flawlessly, but he was also able to adjust pitch, tone and pacing according to director instructions effortlessly. We had booked in a full half day to capture lines for his character, and he nailed it in 90 minutes. During production he is patient, good-natured and a pleasure to have on set. Working with talent like Neal is not only a far more pleasant experience, but it also saves us considerable overtime expenses on our production budget." Tammy Learn, CEO, Citron Violet Productions
